No acids, no pickling waste
Homogeneous, reproducible surface
Improved cleanability for hygienic applications
Suitable for complex parts and assemblies
Pre-launch. The regional network is being established, starting in Bosnia and Herzegovina. We are already accepting applications from future site partners and customers.
A different approach
ViwateQ is a mechanical wet finishing process developed in the Netherlands. It produces smooth, homogeneous stainless steel surfaces in a controlled, repeatable process, without acids or pickling chemicals.

The overlooked step
The common view: Once the part is welded and formed, the surface is a cosmetic detail. Grinding, pickling or outsourcing abroad will do.
What we see: The surface decides how a part cleans, how it resists corrosion and whether it meets the hygiene standards Western European buyers ask for. It is where value is won or lost.
What really matters
Roughness, homogeneity and cleanability determine hygiene and service life in food, pharma and process equipment.

Proven technology
The ViwateQ wet-polishing process is patented and used by producers in food, pharma and semiconductor industries. The Western Balkans rollout brings this existing standard to the region.

Parts no longer travel abroad for finishing. Surfaces meet hygiene specifications predictably, without pickling chemicals on site, and regional manufacturers can offer Western European customers a finish they already know and specify.

Regional network
The first site is targeted for 2027 in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Further locations are planned across the Western Balkans, based on real demand. Locations are not final.
